This morning we were happy to welcome the students for the programming and parallel scientific computing course running for the coming 3 weeks.
After a brief introduction to the curriculum covering C++ programming, performance for linear algebra, and parallel computing, an introduction to UNIX and development with GIT was given by Jonathan Viquerat, Research Engineer at the CFL Team.
